CHAPTER FIVE

“Mom?!” screamed Jill as she reached for the bed sheets to cover her naked body. “Why are you here? You’re embarrassing me!”

“Oh fuck!” I took a step back and looked from May to Jill and then back to May. “Holy fuck! You two are mother and daughter?”

Both May and Jill were in silent shock at seeing one another, but it was Jill who finally spoke first.

“How do you know her, Damian?” Jill demanded as she looked at us uneasily.

“We—”

“That’s none of your business,” May interrupted me.

“You walk in on me having sex with a guy I’m seeing at his apartment, and you’re telling me it’s none of my business?” Jill asked incredulously.

“Jill, I’m your mother. I’m an adult and can do whatever I want.”

“I’m an adult too, mom!” Jill screamed back. “I’m twenty!”

“You still live under my roof, so you’re still a child to me,” May shot back. “I can’t believe you’re being such a slut and sleeping with a guy that’s seven years older than you!”

“Wait! How the fuck do you know his age?” Jill turned to me with a desperate look on her face. It was clear the pieces were coming together in her head but she didn’t seem to want to believe it.

“Again, that’s none of your business. Now put on your clothes and come home with me. Your father and I are going to have a serious talk with you when he hears about this.

At this point, I’d had enough. First, I hated when girls fought—it was always catty and often unnecessary. Second, I was getting annoyed with May.

“Stop!” I roared. Jill and May immediately went silent and looked at me in surprise. It was as if they forgot I was even in the room with them. “Look, this has gone on long enough.” I turned to May. “Tell your daughter the truth and stop berating her. She’s done nothing wrong. You’re the only one in this room that is at fault.”

May looked affronted by my accusation and gaped at me for several seconds. “I—I—. Damian, how can you say that? You’re fucking my daughter? She’s just a little girl.”

I felt the frustration rise inside me. “May, stop acting so innocent. Jill is not a little girl anymore. Open your eyes. She’s a hot blonde in her twenties. She can sleep with whatever guy she wants.”

“Thanks, Damian.” Jill looked at me gratefully.

“I’m sorry to have to tell you this, Jill. But it doesn’t seem like your mom will tell you, so here it is—”

“Don’t Damian!” May begged.

“She deserves to know.” I turned back to Jill. “I met your mom last night at Rendezvous on a blind date in the dark. She fucked me when we were at the lounge and then took me home and fucked me a few more times in your house.”

“What? Mom, how could you?” Jill looked at her mom with disbelief. “Does dad know?”

“No, he doesn’t, and you better not tell him. You’ll break his heart,” May said forcefully.

“No! I wouldn’t be breaking his heart.
